⚙️ Selection Process – WCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
The selection is purely merit-based with no written exam.
- Graduate/Diploma Apprentices: Based on percentage marks in final qualifying exams.
- ITI Apprentices: Average of marks in Matriculation and ITI Trade Certificate.
- Security Guard: Based on 10th marks.
- Tie-Breaking: Older candidate preferred, followed by higher 10th marks.
Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per Mines Rules, 1955.
